We are currently seeking a new addition to our production and layout team! (See pdf for full description):
  • Typesetting and layout of customer orders
  • Proof all orders you compose to meet company quality goals
  • Prepare and send files to offset and digital press using internal order management software, and preparing press-ready files to send to outside vendors as required

  • Analyze and proactively make recommendations to the senior management team about current and future policies, strategies and procedures within human resources for the three business entities.
  • Document and communicate human resource policies and procedures to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with Alberta Employment Standards and Canada Labour Code.
  • Monitor actual employee counts/compensation against budget and routinely report on variances to the team.

Reporting to the Sales Center Manager, the Bilingual Marketing Consultant promotes and sells personalized communication products via phone in a traditional call center environment.
